When you support Joye in Aiken, not only do you get to experience once-in-a-lifetime performances, you’re putting our artists in front of a very important audience: local school kids. It’s is here, in the classroom, that Joye in Aiken does some of its most impressive work.
In the program’s first eight years, some 300 young artists and faculty from The Juilliard School have brought their remarkable talents and teaching skills to Aiken, providing inspiration and instruction to more than 24,000 area students and significantly enriching the cultural opportunities available in the region.
Because providing wide access to the arts is an important part of our mission, a majority of our events are free or low-cost. Ticket sales furnish only 12 – 15% of our budget, and we receive no funding from The Juilliard School. It is the very generous support of individuals like you that sustains our efforts.
Please consider a matching gift if your company participates in this program. You will be recognized for your support at the combined donor level.
Contributions from corporations help provide the financial stability of the Festival. Our corporate package offers unique opportunities for your company to sponsor a specific concert or outreach event. Those who support Joye in Aiken will enjoy the opportunity to build brand recognition, community loyalty, and association with excellence. Please join us in our effort to enrich lives through the appreciation of and engagement with the arts.
We appreciate all in-kind donations whether they are store credit, meals for our students, sponsoring a reception for our visiting artists, your time and effort, or cookies for our tea. The Joye in Aiken Board welcomes your support if you would like to provide your services.
